I came to the program with frustration and confusion. I had to let go of or at least suspend certain “beliefs” about nutrition and fitness when I started the program, and I am so thankful I did.

Although I had extensive experience and results, the last couple years has been a struggle and I found myself out of shape, (even fat by my personal standard).

I’m 46 and when I first heard that “as you get older your body changes and your approach to how you do things has to change as well” I was a little resistant to believe this.

As I started the program, I saw similarities to what I had done previous but with subtle shifts. Yet those shifts made a world of difference! In about 6 weeks I went down 4 notches in my belt…4 NOTCHES!

I have a wardrobe of very nice clothes but couldn’t wear them and I refused to go buy bigger sizes…I can wear them again now!  

I feel better, more energy, better sleep, and I can fit in my clothes again for the first time in over a year.

My journey in MFA40 is just beginning. I have gone through the reset and recently moved into the next phase. Oh, and I haven’t even started exercising yet!  100% of my results so far has been nutrition changes only…and mindset.

I look forward to and actually can see myself back in great shape for the first time again in 2 years!

Being a man in my late 40s, I have dealt with a weight problem my entire life.

Poor eating habits and lack of exercise were major factors. Diets have never worked because I became bored and then I would lose focus. Get frustrated and eventually give up and go back to my old eating habits and lack of exercise. 

After opening our clinic, starting a family, our lives became more hectic and found that exercise and eating properly became less important.

One thing led to another and I was 40 + pounds overweight again. Something needed to change and I needed help figuring out how.

After being starting MFA40 Evolution, I began to realize just how little I knew about how to go about losing weight and becoming more healthy! 

Learning about foods and what was good and bad. The first 30 days was tough. My body learned I didn’t need “crap” in it all the time. My body started to not ache as much as usual. Swelling in my joints decreased. I started sleeping better. I learned how to eat, what to eat, and especially when to eat it! 

The journey has been awesome. I have followed these guidelines for more than a year and have zero regrets. If I ever feel lost or need answers I simply look back to Evolution for guidance and information.  

So happy to have been introduced to MFA 40 Evolution and I don’t plan on going back to the old me ever again!
