According to a study conducted by the University of California-San Diego, under Roger Bon, the human brain is flooded with about 34 gigabytes of data per day.
That is enough to fill the storage on most laptops in a few weeks and fill most mobile phones in a few days.
With so much information flying at us, it becomes harder and harder to determine what is real from what is fake. What is sales from what is purely informational. And a challenge to separate what we want from what we don’t.
This absolutely applies to information that is sent to you as well as what you search for when it comes to health and fitness.
Let us be clear. Everything we share is for informational purposes only. We do have a digital product that we sell called EVOLUTION. It is a 90 day, step by step program that helps you achieve Total Fitness > https://mfa40.com/evolution/
Take a look and sign up if it fits. Disregard if it does not. We will still continue to write posts that are informational and helpful for you, men 40 and older.
That brings us to our next point. The posts that we write may help those under 40 as well as women, because it is information that revolves around trying to live a healthy lifestyle.
However, that is not our area of expertise and we do NOT focus on any demographic other than Men 40 and older.
Why?
Because our founder is a man over 40 and what we post is largely based on his experiences, failures and successes.
As we get older, not only do we have less overall time on this planet, but we commonly have more things competing for our attention: work, kids, grandkids, spouse, hobbies, relaxation, self care, etc.
So, one thing that we do practice is finding a few sources of credible and reliable information that is tailored just for our own needs and wants.
For example, if you make investments in real estate, then perhaps follow or subscribe to real estate investment, pages, publications and investor newsletters that have a track record of success. It will save you time and cut through the massive amount of information coming at you as well as online.
In regards to your fitness, we would hope that if you are a man 40 or older, that we are one of your sources of information that you visit to continue to learn more about how to take care of your body and mind so they will take care of you.
Trying to consume all of the data flying at you every day is like trying to drink from a firehose! So, qualify your sources (that means to research and make sure they are telling the truth), limit them to a few, ask them the questions you have and disregard the rest.
It will save you a lot of time. And since time is your most valuable resource (once you spend it you cannot get it back) you should really use it wisely.
